We encourage you to think of our home as yours for the duration of your stay. Please feel free to help yourselves to whatever you may need, and of course, our housekeeper Jenn is always on hand to help out.

**Please be cautious around the pool, as the deck is very slippery when wet.**
Help yourself to floaties which can be found in the front hall closet. But also please be careful when floating on inflatables as they have been known to drift over the edge!
The main house is temperature controlled by the natural ocean breeze, and we encourage you to open up the doors and windows to enjoy the fresh air.
Each bedroom has its own air conditioning unit, and we would ask that in order to conserve energy, please keep windows and the bedroom doors shut when the A/C is in use. We typically use the bedroom air conditioning only in the evening and overnight, and switch it off during the day and open the windows.
Our Smart TV features hundreds of satellite and local channels, and can also be used to access your favorite streaming platforms.
Our telephones are here for your convenience to reach local numbers; restaurants, concierge, etc. For international calls, please use your own mobile devices.
We have wireless speakers in the house, which you can access using the Sonos app.
Extra phone and USB chargers can be found in the dresser under the television. Please return them before your departure.
We have yoga mats available for use, as well as a variety of exercise bands and weights for guest use. This equipment can all be found in the front hall closet.
The water in Barbados is safe to drink straight from the tap, but we also provide Brita filtered jugs in the fridge, if you prefer. The fridge also has an icemaker.
WHERE CAN I SHOP FOR GROCERIES?
Massy grocery store is conveniently located just a five minute drive into Holetown, and should have most of your grocery/pharmacy needs.
HOW SHOULD I LOCK UP?
We please ask that you close all of the doors when you leave the property, in part for safety, but also to stop the local monkeys from making themselves at home when you leave.
CAN I FEED THE BIRDS (BIRDNANAS)?
We have affectionately named our little bird visitors “Birdnanas” because they love to eat our bananas in the kitchen when we aren’t looking. Please use the mesh covered bowls for fresh fruit to discourage them from having a snack. And also, we know they’re cute, but please do not feed them, as they will just keep coming inside. The same is true of the monkeys - don't feed them!
WHAT SHOULD I TIP?
Tipping is discretionary in Barbados. The standard rate of tipping is 10%, which you can add to your credit card bill, or leave in cash.
At the end of your stay at Infinity House, it is typical for guests to give each member of the house staff a minimum of $150USD per week in gratuity at the end of your stay. 100% of any tip you give goes to the house staff. This is, of course, just a guideline and would depend on your level of satisfaction.
